I see nothing to answer to. I already answered above. There is no record of any order or payment in the name of Flemming Thalberg.
If that person really ordered then all they have to do is reply to the confirmation mail our payment processor sends out right after an order is completed.

I checked and there is no order in your name or email.
If you ordered and completed the payment then you should have received a confirmation mail from our payment processor.
You can always reach us directly by responding to it.
